These Terms of Use apply to your use of aspectamount.garden and the services offered through it by Aspectamount Tree Service. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Aspectamount Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm debris. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety habits, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or what results you get.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

The content and design of this site belong to Aspectamount Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.
